The services provided were excellent, encompassing the bell staff, reception, and room service. The two ladies at the reception desk were exceptionally helpful; one was named "Biance," and there was also a gentleman.

Amazing! The entrance and rooms are so modern and well maintained, good taste in design, the staff was so friendly and helpful, very clean, comfortable and safe, the location is the best being right at the Dubai Marina with incredible views, the pool area was great, gym was well equipped, in room dining absolutely delicious (recommend butter chicken), can only recommend and when we come back we will definitely take this hotel again!! Thank you!!
