It’s a kind of family business. Hotel is 6 rooms only. Well maintained, served by family members, very close to Lungomare and beach where all activities can be arranged and enjoyed. Booked 2 rooms. Breakfast is either Italian or Albanian. They serve it to the room. Ina is a wonderful lady, the one we met. She tried to help me in booking Tirana hotel after those 2 nights. Very nice hotel right at the main promenade, close to great restaurants. Our host was so lovely and really made us feel welcome. She sent us recommendations for restaurants etc. We went to a restaurant called Tradicional VANI, which she recommended, and it was some of the best seafood I've ever had! The atmosphere is also amazing and the prices very reasonable. The hotel is modern and clean. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was made fresh and it was delicious! Very good value for money.

Peaceful location, rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful with great views. There is always someone you can rely on from the staff! There is secure parking. Quiet AC, there is always hot water. If I am coming back, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is unbeatable. Everything is close by: the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, clothing stores; everything is within walking distance, and it's very quiet and safe. There are ATMs right across the street. The beds are very comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and the sheets and towels are always changed. The kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment is well-equipped. We are very happy we chose this place and will return. I highly recommend Villa Jiota; it's the best. An important point is that the apartment has airtight windows and doors, and at night you can't hear any noise from outside, allowing for a peaceful sleep.
