Upon our arrival the staff has provided us with instructions on how to get around, i was given a map with popular routes & attractions highlighted. It was very helpful.

Brightly coloured and spacious, the apartments here are air conditioned and soundproofed. Each one offers a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Really good apartment for a family. Had all the amenities needed. The tram station was a stone throw away. There were minimarts and restaurants around. The place was only 15mins tram ride from central station. Away from all the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close to everything when you need it. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Will recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence!
