I have to say that I don't know why this apartment has a rating of only 9.1. We travel a lot and have definitely experienced worse in a rating of 9.1. It's nice and clean appartmen the beds are comfortable and the facilities are great. I definitely recommend it.

The property was immaculate. The interior was designed in an incredibly welcoming and cozy manner, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff of the property were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even adjusting the breakfast menu to meet our 10-year-old’s picky eating habits. The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. We highly encourage visitors to eat at the adjoining restaurant - it is well worth it. We were a 2-minute drive from the beach, about an hour from Venice and about an hour from the Dolomites; the location is perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

Everything perfect. Cozy apartment, parking spot right in front, beautiful view, extremly clean. We were greeted with everything we needed for making our kids stay more confortable. Communication very easy, one of the best apartments we stayed in.
