Very comfortable, all staff is new. 2 full sized beds. 3 levels in the house - first for kitchen and bath, second for living space with one bed, and third one for secon bed.

This 3-star aparthotel offers full-day security. The aparthotel features family rooms. Had an extremely good stay at this hotel. Far exceeded my expectation. Nothing to fault except the location which is a slightly far from Hiroshima Station but it is still within walking distance (10 to 15 mins walk). 1. Everything you need for a stay is provided. Very complete. 2. Very huge and spacious for 4 of us. 3. Shower has very high pressure. 4. Very modern and sophisticated facility. 5. Check in and out was super easy. 6. Very fast in replying queries albeit there was no reception on site. 7. Comfortable bed. 8. Quiet location. 9. Very clean. 10. Bathroom was heated and can dry clothes after washing with the washing machine provided Conclusion: Value for money; paid 3 star hotel price but got 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended.

Staff were also wonderful as 2 people in our party had actually forgotten their passports after we checked out and they were very prompt with getting back to us about it and ultimately getting our passports back
