Each studio offers an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a fridge and microwave. A dining area is provided and there is a flat-screen TV. We had an amazing stay at Rachel’s. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. the Location was excellent, breakfast was amazing and the room was very very comfortable with absolutely everything you would need including extra little gifts for us and for our 2 Yorkshire terriers. The products they use for the breakfast is very local and amazing quality. The staff make you feel like you are the most important guest staying there

Everything was perfect, very charming neighborhood. Cristina was an excellent host and she takes care all details. Apartment is very spacious and comfortable; also, it has a wonderful view of St Paul De Vence. We've spent 4 days and loved everything. I recommend renting a car to explore Cote D'Azur for a few days. It is close to everywhere like Grasse, Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Eze etc. by car. Highly recommended.

We loved secured, private parking and a beautiful, spacious terrace. Heated swimming pool was just an icing on the cake.

The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Incredibly friendly hosts. They offer free shuttle service to (and from) the nearby town, śanidanai prepared on request - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean, comfortable, quiet, calm, incredible comfort.
