We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

This is the finest facility I've ever visited. It's spacious, incredibly modern, impeccably clean, and superbly equipped. The neighborhood is fantastic and exceptionally safe, even at night. The apartment is conveniently located very close to the train station and just a few minutes from the city center. Additionally, there is private parking available very close to the property. I inadvertently overlooked mentioning the view, which is truly remarkable.

We've booked two apts Roxy (2nd floor) and Sofia (1st) floor, each for 2 persons. Clean and cozy apartments, fully equipped kitchen. Coffee capsules, sugar, all kinds of chemicals. Even in bathroom big bottles with shampoo, body gel and hair conditioner. Excellent location for Lugano - less that 10 min walk and you reach coastal park and then city center. in 1 minute walk - bakery, in 5 - Migros. And parking place for each apts - 30 meters in opposite was really great. Ana was always ready to help - replied to WhatsApp immediately and solved any question and even personal requests. She is host which really loves her business and respects each client.

    Everything was good. Paolo is a great host. The apartment is super nice and has all the needed facilities. Location is an hour walk (mostly along a nice river) or a few minutes by car to the lake (Ciani park). There is also a bus station nearby. I really enjoyed my stay, and hope to return someday.     The apartment was cute, clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a skip & a hop away from the bus stop leading straight into Lugano, ~24 minutes. There were plenty of extra thoughtful touches in the rooms and in the fridge. Plus, the level of hospitality and response we received from the host family was excellent. We would happily recommend and return to Il guscio!
