Svyvo apartment is located near Cologne city centre. There is a supermarket, Netto just across the street and many cafes nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and cosy, made we feel like home. It has all the amenities and cooking essentials that we need for our stay. The best part is the host and Svyvo team are excellent - they are very2 helpful, friendly and answered all our questions swiftly all the time, even during weekend and public holiday. We have a fantastic stay at Svyvo!

Everything perfect! Easy access, access instructions, apartment rules, all totally clear. Host responds immediately. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Very close to the central train station. In a neighborhood with restaurants and other hotels, yet very quiet. Definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Super nice flat ! We didn’t expect it to bed such a big flat, we definitely felt like home during our stay :) Bathroom was big, clean, and with a bath and shower separated. Super clean, good location, easy parking in front of the building (but with an extra cost), good communication with the woman at the front office as well.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The absolute top location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the iconic Kölner Dom and vibrant shopping streets. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a frequent traveler, you’ll appreciate how close you are to everything Cologne has to offer. The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the fully stocked kitchenette with high-quality utensils – perfect for both short and long stays. After a long day of exploring, I could unwind in the cozy lounge with a glass of wine, which truly felt like a home away from home. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made such a difference, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Other highlights include the quiet, relaxing atmosphere, despite being in the heart of the city, and the thoughtful amenities provided in the room, such as soft bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and even little details like coffee and tea supplies. I will definitely return for a longer stay during my next visit, this time with my kids, as this hotel perfectly balances convenience, comfort, and warmth. It is nice and cozy appartment. I stayed there 2days with my friend and we really like it. Neighborhood very quiet and parking for free close to appartment. In the appartment you can find kitchen , fridge , kettle and another most important things to stay in. Very comfortable and clean appartement. Shops and tram in about 0.5km from appartment. Owner of the appartment helpful and very friendly.

    Great location and perfect for our little family to share. It was quiet and check in and out was really easy. We find it difficult to find apartments to stay which have a separate room for our child to sleep and is self catering. My husband had coeliac disease so eating out can be difficult. Recommend.

    The host, Nasser was super friendly and helpful, I really appreciate his warm welcome when arriving. This studio flat is very comfortable for 1 person, containing basic amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The location is super central, 10 mins walking distance from the nearest train station connected to the airport, tha tram stop is just in front of the house. Only 1 stop away from the old town.

    Modern apartment quite near the city centre, about 30 minute walk to the cathedral and main train station. Beds comfortable. Freshly painted and very clean, new fittings. Responsive when we asked for a second chair, which was quickly provided. It was unfortunate we got the attic room as I think the other rooms would be really good.

    Location is perfect, 5 mins from tram stop, 2 mins from Rewe supermarket, 2 mins from very good spanish restaurant, plus other local food options. The soundproofing in the apartment was excellent - there was some noise from the adjoining music studio but it was only during work hours, and virtually no noise from outside at all. We appreciated the bottles of cola in the fridge after our long journey too.
