The grounds are stunning, great pool and lovely rooms. The pool gets the sun all day and it’s not too busy. The grounds and rooms are kept so clean, couldn’t fault it! Lovely sunsets too.

Very comfortable room with new facilities. Comfy bed, hot water, spotlessly clean. The owner lives in the building, and with broken English, he is just lovely. It's a 15-minute walk to the main road where you will find lots of restaurants and a bus to the airport (2.50 Euro per person). Great location if you have a car.

Good location in Kremasti. With everything you need within easy walking distance, the pavilion of the BBQ was great and we certainly used it (the first ones to do so and it worked very well smallish Weber copy)

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It has everything one might need for spending more than a couple of days in vacation, like washing machine or cooking stove with oven. The host is very friendly, hospitable and was helpful when we had questions about accommodation and stuff. The location is quite convenient. All necessary destinations are within walking distance: 5 minutes to the sea with a variety of beach entertainments and activities, 2 minutes to the bus stop that drives you to Old Town in just 20 minutes, 5-10 minutes to different supermarkets and restaurants and the airport is also in 15-20 minutes by bus. Me and my friend enjoyed staying in this apartment and have only the best feelings about it.

We had a lovely stay at Filoxenia House in Kremasti from July 13th to 17th. We were four people – two adults and two teenagers – and the apartment was just perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked really well, the beds were comfy, and the towels were nice and fresh. Kristina, the host, is truly wonderful – so friendly, kind, and thoughtful. She really takes care of all the little things and makes you feel very welcome. The location is also great – close to shops, restaurants, and the main street, but still quiet and peaceful. We felt very relaxed and at home. Thank you, Kristina, for everything – we’d love to come back one day!

Easily 100/10! The apartment is amazing - comfortable, clean, and beautifully kept. The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the bus stop, shops, and restaurants. Everything is absolutely perfect inside and out. We felt so at home here. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we’ll surely come again! P.S. Very nice apartment, everything clean and new. We liked our stay very much. I recommend this place:). Two supermarkets nearby. On Sunday there is a local market near the church. Apartment have convenient private parking. Communication with the host was excellent.

The apartment is perfect, looks and feels newly renovated with a very high standard. Comfortable and spacious, beautiful balcony with a great view, the kitchen had everything I could ask for, and the Aircon works perfectly. Located halfway between the beach and town centre we walked the way a few times, and there is parking too Arian the owner and his family were careful and aware for our stay.

    We booked this last minute as our flight was delayed and our car rental place closed to collect our hire car, our hotel was an hour away and it was 1am. The apartment was very clean and modern and was perfect for one night. The lady who helped us at 1am was very kind and welcoming. We would recommend this place if you need somewhere near the airport. Lots of facilities and space, especially if you’re staying for a few days.

    Had the apartment on the first floor, hosts left the door open for my arrival. Lovely & spacious separate bathroom & living room with Tv and comfy sofa. The bedroom was lovely with comfy double bed, slept very well. Kitchen was nice with all you need for self catering. Bathroom and lovely shower with complimentary toiletries which was a nice touch. Air conditioning but I didn’t use it. Sparkling clean the whole place. Big patio with furniture and clothes rail.

    It was a clean, nice flat with all needed things: dishes, oil, coffee, tea, water, towels. The bathroom is well equipped. The bed is huge and soft. Tv and internet were working perfectly. Maria is the nicest person, she is always ready to help and advice when needed. The feeling in the apartment that You are at home.
