The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is pretty big. The design is definitely not modern, but the furnitures are very good quality and you can find some interesting old items. If you are into retro stuff you will love it. Very good value for money (normally it would be an 8,5 but with this price it deserves a 10).

Everything was perfect staying at Paolina's house. Starting with the check in process, when the host was flexible and open to meet our needs. At our arrival she explained to us everything about the apartment and the city sharing really nice tips for food and other needs in Lecce and Salento area. Despite the appearance of the community where the apartment is (a bit ramshackle) Paolina's house is totally renewed.The house was spotless and clean. Everything in perfect shape (appliances, furniture, etc.) The terrace of the living room offered a really nice space to chill at night. The option of parking inside of the community and just in front of the house is really convenient and makes it easy to unload the luggage. The location is quite good: 10 minutes walk to Porta Napoli the most impressive entrance to the Lecce's old town and outside of the fuzz of the city centre. Owners do their best to make you comfortable and are extremely nice . I wish all my experiences staying at an apartment were like staying at Paolina's house.

    Very nice place to enjoy the Lecce region! The apartment was very beautiful, with classic furniture, large tv, comfortable couch and bed, and a very relaxing energy. The bathroom was also great, with a tub and a good shower. I was a very good place for us, where we could relax, cook, and be close to amazing beaches around. I definitely recommend the place and the kind host!

    the flat exceeded our expectations. It is large, very beautiful and we felt really good. Even it was cold and rainy outside the flat was warm as it has underfloor heating. The owner is very helpful. And if we will be in the area again certainly we would book the flat again.
