Great location. Fair size room. It is more like a hotel room with a kitchen than an apartment. The room I had was a studio but there was a wall separating the kitchen and bedroom. Which for me was perfect. I don't need a living room. There were a lot of windows which I really liked. There is also a great seating area and table outside which is great for reading or chatting with company. There is also a gated parking area which is perfect if you have a bike or scooter. Someone left a review saying there was no hot water, but I took a hot shower in the very clean and new bathroom. I only stayed for one night, but I'd absolutely stay again. I had a hard time finding the spot and the team walked a ways down the road to find me and bring me to the correct location. Really a great team.

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, the staff were great and they helped us during and even after our stay. They stored our luggage after the check out while we toured the city. The tour manager was great as well, he helped us with the booking and then rescheduling of flight tickets to Pokhara.

Love the vibe, the atmosphere and everything here. The rooms are very nice, cozy. Love the pomelo garden in the middle. The location's great, near the Dubar square, only one step out and you're in the bustling morning market.

I had the pleasure of staying at Boudha Apart Hotel in Kathmandu for over a year, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Michael & Pema, along with their little son, became like family to me during my stay. The warmth and kindness they showed made my time there unforgettable. The hotel itself is incredibly well-maintained, with spotless rooms that are comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is evident. I always felt at ease, knowing I was staying in such a well-kept space. Not to mention that the homemade food, was always fresh, delicious, and healthy. The hotel is conveniently located near the iconic Buddha Stupa, but it's nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Ramhiti, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. This makes it the perfect balance—close enough to explore the Stupa and the city, yet far enough to enjoy a calm, quiet environment. The friendly local community around the hotel adds to the charm, making you feel like part of a real neighborhood. Overall, I can't recommend Boudha Apart Hotel enough. Whether you're staying for a short time or a longer period, you'll find a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. I stayed at this studio apartment last night and absolutely loved the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything I needed was there: a comfy bed, clean bathroom, kitchenette, and fast Wi-Fi. One of the highlights was the location just a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. It was amazing to be so close to such a historic and vibrant area.

The apartment was cozy, clean and staff made us like home. All staff including Ganesh were friendly and helped us navigate grocery, nearby amenities. Thamel was also close by , so it was great location for exploring areas.
