A lovely apartment with good facilities, warm showers of a good pressure, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels in nice bathrooms (we were in the 2 bed apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). Breakfast was nice a few simple options but quite filling. The pool area was lovely and much enjoyed by our children at the beginning and end of the day. And just to praise the staff and owner who were fantastic, super helpful and friendly and willing to help organise taxis, tours give info on things in Hoi An and Da Nang. I give them a 10 which I don’t do often as I think it was a friendly local business, great value in a lovely location (opposite some lovely riverside restaurants) across the water from Hoi An Memories and about 15 mins stroll to the edge of the old town (20 mins to the chaos!).

The property was amazing. Trinh our host made us very welcome on our special occasion in Hoi An. The hotel is only open 4 weeks so everything is brand new and spotless. The rooms have everything you need and more. Trinh was really helpful recommending local places to eat and go as well as offering to organise any activities or day trips we wanted to do. The location is absolutely prime right beside the night market and minutes away from the ancient town. If we return to Vietnam, this is where we will stay again.

Located on a quiet street in the old town, a short pleasant walk across the bridge to the main attractions. Very clean place, nice comfortable room and bed and a decent bathroom. Wifi and fridge provided. Binh is a lovely and attentive host, and I also briefly met her Cheshire husband Steven who was equally welcoming and personable. A very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable and relaxing homestay run by the nicest lady. Don't hesitate to book here.

The roof top pool was amazing and it's very close to the centre of the town. About a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and most of the tailors. Reception recommended a coffee show for us and we loved it! The room was spacious and the washing machine and dryer was so useful as we have been travelling a while and it was nice to reset.

I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment, and I’m excited to share my experience. The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable. It’s perfectly situated between the breathtaking old town and the beautiful beach, giving you the best of both worlds. In the evenings, the old town truly comes alive, with its charming lantern-lit streets and lively atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to take a stroll, grab a bite, and soak in the culture. During the mornings and afternoons, the beach is the ideal spot to relax, swim, and enjoy the warm sun and the calming sound of the waves. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly. I was picked up from the airport right on time, and Nana, the amazing host, had already prepared everything for me. It was such a relief to know that everything was organized from the moment I landed. Nana even had a motorbike ready for me, so I could immediately start exploring the surrounding area. The freedom to ride around and discover local spots was a major highlight of my stay. As for the apartment itself – wow, it’s an absolute gem! It’s massive, offering so much space and comfort. There are two huge balconies, which quickly became my favorite spots. The views over the lush green rice fields are just stunning. Every morning when I woke up, I would take a few moments to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. It’s so peaceful and relaxing to start the day with such beautiful surroundings. And let’s talk about the pool – it’s fantastic! After spending time admiring the views or exploring the area, taking a dip in the pool was the perfect way to cool down and unwind. The pool area is well-maintained and offers a great spot to just chill and relax. It really adds to the whole experience of staying here, making it feel like a true retreat.
