The location is perfect for ocean view. The rooms are cleaned well and all staff is super friendly. The hotel is not new, but is still nice and looks good. Heated pool is another great asset of this place. Also there’s a laundry room where for 4.5 euro token you can wash your clothes - that was very comfortable when you travel with kids. It is around 20 min by foot to the beach, so having a car is recommended unless you like going uphill on the way back from the beach.

The balcony was large, overlooking the pool and pleasant in the evenings. I would definitely come again to these apartments. There isn't air conditioning which we knew of before we arrived, however it is easy to rent a unit.

Michael has been in touch with us since before the begin of our stay. He made sure he knew our flight number and our ETA so that he can hand us the keys right away. He showed us around the apartment when we arrived and made sure we are settled. This was very kind of him. He was always reachable as well when we needed him. The location of the apartment was optimal, right next to the Costa Adeje bus station, a 5 minute walk. It was very easy to reach. The apartment itself was amazing. The couch and bed were very comfy. There were enough towels, for the bathroom and for the beach! There was toothpaste and brushes free for us to use. There was even some fruit on the table. The kitchen is well equipped, you can even cook in it if you want. There were free drinks in the fridge for us. Michael is indeed a generous host! The living room and bedroom had TVs in them. Most importantly, the apartment was super clean. The view from the balcony was amazing, day and night. We really enjoyed our time on the balcony early in the morning and late at night. I felt at home at Michael's apartment and wish I could go back there again.

Firstly I would definitely appreciate a very quick response after booking, we were in the northern part of Tenerife when the fire started and had to get away quickly from the evacuated area. I booked the apartment around 1pm and we were checked in two hours later. Furthermore, our hosts were very helpful when our car was towed away due to roadworks starting, which we hadn't noticed. Otherwise a place to park is always found. The apartment is nice, absolutely clean, with air conditioning and a terrace to sit on. The photos are absolutely true to reality. The stairs are a bit steep, but we didn't mind that much. Close by car to the beautiful Dugue beach. Close to several restaurants and a supermarket.
