Even though we met only a housekeeper, we are able to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp and they give all information about your query and recommendation about Borjomi and good restaurants. The place is quiet and good for sleeping. The inside parking lot and kitchen utensils are a plus. There is also a small supermarket nearby within walking distance. However, we drive our car to the SPAR supermarket and a farmer market for shopping. It's only 2-3 minutes from the apartment.

This is a lovely small apartment in the very touristy part of Akhaltsikhe, very close to the Rabat fortress. Several good restaurants are close by (I especially recommend Kessane). The kitchen has everything necessary, including a a stove, microwave, and a good stock of pots/pans. There is an air conditioner in th eliving room, strong enough to cool the bedrooms too. The owner is very friendly and supportive!
