From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking view of the ocean — imagine waking up to the sun rising over the water, sipping coffee on a terrace with a panoramic view that belongs on a postcard. But what made our stay truly exceptional were our hosts, Ivan and his lovely mother. They welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt like at ease. Ivan went above and beyond to make sure our time on the island was delightful. Not only did he personally recommend some incredible local restaurants (each one better than the last — trust his tips!), but he also helped us set up a scooter rental that was waiting for us upon arrival. It made exploring the island an absolute breeze. Every detail at the B&B was thoughtfully considered — the room was spotless, cozy, had a kitchenette, and the location was ideal: quiet, peaceful, yet close to everything. But it was those personal touches from Ivan and his mom — that made this stay so special. If you're heading to Ischia, do yourself a favor and book a few nights (or more!) at this gem of a B&B.

An Italian breakfast is available at the apartment. What a gem of a hotel! The location was great, an easy walk down to the village, the taxi drop off area, restaurants, and just to wander around. The owners, the sisters, were the most welcoming and helpful hotel owners ever. I really enjoyed talking to each of them and we're thankful for all their help with ferries the day we left. They also served a wonderful breakfast each morning. My husband is gluten free and lactose free and they made sure he ate well. Our room had an amazing view, including seeing Capri in the distance. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the serenity. Our bed was very comfortable and our shower was great, you actually had room to move around, unlike many other places we've stayed. We look forward to returning to this hotel and this area, it was stunning and very relaxing!

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 1.7 km from Botanical Garden La Mortella. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.

The photos don’t do this place justice!! Incredible accommodation on the beach, amazing sunsets and great restaurants a 2 min walk away. Bus stop right at the door, super convenient. Tina and her son Guiseppe are SO kind and generous. This is such a special place and I can’t wait to return.

The place has its own jacuzzi/thermal water pool! Super close to bus station.
