The neighbourhood has everything you need with some delicious restaurants. You're guaranteed to have a laid back and relaxing time here. We didn't want to ever leave. Now that we're on Koh Rong Island we realize how good we had it on M'pai bay.

The AC was cold enough and new. No breakfast because it’s a studio so you can cook directly in room. Very decent for the price, but below what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly. It is perfectly located near a mall, various well known shops, is surrounded by highly rated restaurants. They are also very kind, helpful and willing to answer all your questions to the best they can. It has a beautiful scenery as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
