The room was in a perfect location. Halfway from the beach and the main city, 2 minutes away from a bus stop that could even get you to the port. Cris kindly upgraded our room which had a stunning view over Mylopotas beach. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a newly built bathroom. Overall the host was always ready to help and offer a smile. Could not recommend it more!

My friends and I stayed at Ios Seaside House from the 24th of August to the 30th. Everything was perfect: from the service to the cleanliness, even the shower products were amazing. The view is beautiful and the pool (which was cleaned every morning) was exactly what we needed with the scorching heat. The house is about 6/7 minutes away from the town center by car, and 2/3 minutes away from the best beach clubs on the island. The owners were always available for any kind of problem we had and made our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had the best time ever. Giulia met us after organising us a pickup at the port. What a beautiful Villa. We explored the area during the day with recommendations Giulia gave us. Bought fresh produce for our evening meals and watched the sunset and swam in the gorgeous pool with the spectacular views.
