The service at the hotel was first class. the staff was exceptionally helpful, for example we got tips on what to do during our vacation in Ksamil without asking, thanks for that! The rooms were in excellent condition, to name a few, the rooms had large flat screen TVs, self-adjustable air conditioning, a touch screen that allows you to decide whether you want room cleaning or not, and of course a spacious balcony (our room also happened to have a wonderful sea view). The location of the hotel was good in our opinion. It was really close to the best beaches and still walking distance to the center. Parking the car was easy in the hotel yard area.

This outstanding hotel certainly deserves recognition. Not only are the rooms impeccably clean and the staff remarkably friendly, but the ample parking space is also worth mentioning; it had plenty of room for our convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything here is just as it should be.

The room was perfect, clean and spacious. The views from the property are fabulous! There is private parking and it’s only a short walk to the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is hosted next door at the beach club. I would highly recommend staying here.

We booked Ilias House after reading through some of the negative reviews and wanted to share our (couple, mid 20’s) honest experience. • Insects (Ants): Yes, we noticed a few ants, but it was really minimal and didn’t bother us during our stay. Nothing that would ruin the experience. • Curtains: This is the only real downside we encountered. The curtains are very light and let in a lot of sunlight early in the morning. We would highly recommend investing in better, blackout curtains. It would really improve the comfort. • Non-English Speaking Host: The host’s English is limited, but more than enough for a guesthouse. Besides, he’s one of the kindest hosts we’ve met. We were welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and every time we returned, he greeted us warmly and asked if everything was okay. His hospitality truly makes up for the language barrier. • Distance to the Beach: The beach is less than a 10-minute walk. The way back is a gentle uphill walk, but it’s very manageable and didn’t bother us at all. • Parking: Parking is along the main road, but the host ensured that a spot was always kept free for us. Very thoughtful service. Despite a few small imperfections, we had a wonderful stay. The friendly atmosphere and the host’s genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend Ilias House to anyone visiting the area!

Beach was near of the apartement...5 minites walk, beach view and we could sleep very well...parking is in front of the apartement...the cats are nice...;)
