We LOVED this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and large enough for 3 people. The balcony was perfect. The amenities the hotel provides are wonderful -- delicious breakfast, gorgeous pool overlooking the water with a bar and food service, and beach access run by the hotel with a restaurant just a 10 min walk from the hotel, and they provide nice towels. Even though it is a 10 min walk from the hotel to this beach area, the restaurant was delicious, the setting is beautiful, and there are plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Note that there isn't really a sandy beach access like some other beaches but a stair access directly into the water. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into the downtown area with many restaurants and bars. Take a drive down south to Maestro beach for a relaxing beach day with chairs/umbrellas and food. We highly recommend staying here for your visit to Ksamil!

Fantastic place to enjoy peace and quiet, amazing views!!! The room, kitchen and bathroom were sparkly clean, white sheets, well equipped kitchen. Space is ok for 2, a little tight for 3. Huge terrace to enjoy the views, to eat outside. 10min hike down to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Albania! Last but not least, Beta the host is super friendly and helpful, she welcomed us with some watermelon! Shumë faleminderit Beta,!

The property Manager and everyone involved there were very very welcoming and helpful. We were set in our Room in less than 30 mins. We were recommended some good places to dine at as well as some good beaches to relax at. It is guaranteed that your room will be clean and kept tidy every time. They were very promising and considerate to the point where they offered free rides to some of the less crowded and good beaches which were a bit away from the hotel/place. And for last, they offered a free ride to the place for our departure so we don't have to pull our heavy luggage. Overall we got the best and we leave with no complaints. Thank you!

AMAZING experience, 10/10! The apartments are new, well maintained and the owners are friendly and speak good English. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet neighborhood but just 10min walk from busy Ksamil center full of restaurants and night life entertainment. There are also a few restaurants around and a shop nearby. A beautiful small beach is only 3min walk, clear water, nice service. You can also park your car easily in front of apartments. The rooms are spacious and everything works well and is comfortable. There is also a little terrace where you can sit (and barbecue). If you need to take a bus to Seranda, the bus stop is also just 5min walk. Everything was perfect, 100% recommended!!!
