De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Simply ...everything. The glorious room on the lake, the fabulous christmas decorations, the cosy but elegant interiors, the superb food, (bfast lunch and oh my god the dinner!!) the staff members: an army of professional hard working people! the breath taking views, the perfectly maintained and lovely corridors, the sofas, the decorations outside. Even the lifts had impeccable lights and information. And there was also a "daily mail" related to Zell and hotel activities for the day. Simply wow. Even though I have travelled alot and been to fabulous hotels ...the Grand Hotel at Zell am See has now shot up to FIRST place no doubt. Well done to all the team. Thankyou for filling my soul with joy.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Our stay at Lakeside Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Ms.Nina was an amazing host — very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I could not believe how lovely this hotel really is. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in a single en suite room which was amazingly stylish and well-designed. I loved everything about my stay here and would definitely use the hotel again in the future.
