SwitzerlandOverall the cuisine quality in this hotel is exceptional with a great location both in terms of lake view, access and also proximity to City. A lovely small park just next to it, if you have a small kid. Facilities in the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. One of my top 3 hotels so far , i have been to probably more than 100 hotels.
One special shout out to the staff. Service quality in Switzerland even for high end restaurants & hotels can be terrible sometimes. Service staff somehow can be entitled and may act rather rude around the country. So the Swiss hospitality is only a marketing gimmick in many occasions but not for this hotel. Lovely and friendly people. Very relatable and also professional at the same time. 11 over 10...
