Location was amazing, right at the lake. We only had one night at the place but we had a nice drinks outside in the evening, breakfast with the view (amazing options, including some prosecco) and chilled at the pool for half a day. They have a secured parking nearby (you can unload the car at the hotel and then take the car, 3 min walk). Rooms were just the right size with very comfy beds.

Everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was fantastic—relaxed, kind, and always helpful. They found me an adapter for electricity I didn't have, gave me the key to the beach even though it was not swimming season (in case I still wanted to go there), a waiter in the restaurant was full of positive energy, and I enjoyed listening to his Italian. The pizza in the restaurant was extraordinarily good and it was so nice to eat it on the hotel terrace (with the view of the lake). The hotel's location was perfect, it is in the very center of Morcote, stairs for climbing to the church and views of Morcote were very near, bus station is immediately in front of the hotel, and the main pier for boats is also there. If you are coming from Lugano and Melide (probably), I recommend to choose boat for a part of the travel- it is great to be on Lugano Lake. In Morcote, don't miss Parco Scherrer- it is not too big, but it is more museum than the park, and peace and beauty there were one of the top moments of my whole Switzerland travel.

We stayed at Teresa Bay Hotel on a long drive to the Italian coast from the UK. We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff. The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.
