Great hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Enjoyed using the paddle boards. Mini bar had good selection.

So many great things about this hotel! The location is spectacular!!! The owner and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, especially the pizza. Breakfast had lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The room view looked towards the famous church on the hill and terra cotta roof tops. There didn't seem to be hot water for showering the evening I was there. Not sure why that was, as I didn't ask. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Overall, fantastic value for the money. I very highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit Morcote again. When I do, I will stay here again.

Great location, loved the view, the e-bikes were fun, we thought Morcote was magical.

I loved a lot the location, the extraordinary breakfast just next to the beautiful lake..it makes our staying full of charm specially seeing the moon from our room balcony.. I hope everyone will have the chance to be there once visiting Lugano.

We were upgraded to a superior room with a great balcony overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast in a room again overlooking the lake. Nice touch that booking a participating hotel includes the local transit pass (Ticino) which gives free travel on the local train travel and discounts for things like the funicular to the San Salvatore summit.

Everything about the place was really good. Location was perfect. Very close to Italian side and lot of restuarants nearby. Fifteen minutes drive from Lugano city center. Room was very clean and had everything required for the stay. Room had lake and mountain view. Swimming pool was fun. Parking is also available. The host was so friendly and had taken care of every need for the stay.
