Location, exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, quiet, on the beach, away from crowds. The beach area is just amazing. The view from your unit is unobstructed, you just can't get a better view, right from bed! Different seating areas on the property. Kitchen. Comfortable bed. Self-catering. Hot tub and pool. Breakfast came in a basket for you to enjoy in your unit. Just an absolutely beautiful place. If you are looking for noise and entertainment this is not for you. There is a bar and seating area, we did not use (if you require this make sure they will be open for you). I see some rated the wifi low but we had excellent fast wifi.

We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our trip to Chile and this ranks one of the highest, the breakfast definitely the most original and best. Breakfast was either delivered to your room or enjoyed in the restaurant but it was very traditional with juice, huevos,,local breads, meats and cheese. It was a lot of food to be honest but you didn't need any lunch! Every other hotel did a rather bland array of breads, cheeses, yoghurts and coffee, this was a level above all of those. Each room seemed to have its own very private patio and nature could be enjoyed. The restaurant also did great food and the sunset views made it worthwhile in itself. The facilities were great and the WhatsApp for communication worked perfectly, even down to the video shared before arrival of how to navigate the turn into the lodge. Well done Cuarzo Lodge!

The Alaia Hotel is in an idyllic spot on the coast in Punta de Lobos, just south of central Pichilemu. The rooms have large windows facing the coast, making for an unbeatable view. A short walk to the tip of Punta de Lobos provides more great ocean views and is a perfect location to watch surfers tackle the area's famous waves. We found all of the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful, especially Nico, and the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic.

Hotel 8 al Mar is located in Pichilemu, right in front of the ocean, with two beach accesses. Free WiFi available, free parking and room service. Pichilemu bus station is 0.9 mi away.

5 stars for: location, breakfast, cleanliness, room space, cable TV, Jacuzzi, customer service, style. People were really nice and professional. We had breakfast in the room and in the restaurant. Everytime we need something the replied right a away. Quite neighborhood, Spetacular room view (beach front). Excelent WIFI since we had to work a little bit.
