Was not sure about how child friendly the place will be as there was not much info on the website but everything was perfect. The breakfast and view from the room was amazing.

Incredible staff, very comfortable hotel, between the forest and the sea. Excellent to rest and forget the daily pressure. Annette, the owner and the host is very special in her to treat each guest. She made me feel I was a guest in her home. Would stay more and bring my family next time.

Beautiful apartment, very warm, friendly, and helpful host. Everything is well stocked from kitchenette to bathrooms and the linen is new, fresh, and clean. On top of all that, the interior design is beautiful with an artistic and attentive touch. If you are looking for a large apartment with lots of facilities, you'd better look further. But if you are in for an unforgettable experience, with a magnificent breakfast and hosted by one of Denmark's top singer-songwriters, this is the place to be. The hut is decorated as a true Swiss ski hut with many details, and has a large veranda which more or less takes the place of the living room. Of the many places we stayed during our holiday, we will remember this one best...

Beautiful property. I'd recommend the communal dining. It was fun, and a good way to connect. Very enjoyable. The common areas were lovely. It's location next to beach ideal. We instantly felt at home and all of life's stressors melted away.

Rungstedgaard is located at Rungsted harbor and the Karen Blixen museum. Rungstedgaard is surrounded by its own private park and overlooks the strait.

Such a charming and intimate place! With quirky, personal touches sprinkled throughout. We felt very much at home at Hornbækhus, and enjoyed exploring each of the nooks and crannies it had to offer. We partook in the community dinner, which was fun and delicious, and breakfast was nice as well (keep in mind, it's not a buffet - you order from a menu). Our room felt very cozy, however the real charm was coming out of the room and reading a book or enjoying a cocktail in the "living room" and going on long walks along the beach close by.
