Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. This hotel truly offers the best of Punta Cana. Our studio had a terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the birds in the garden. The rooftop pool gave us gorgeous views over the ocean. We loved the convenience of being so close to Arena Gorda Beach. Dining at the outdoor restaurant was always a treat, especially with the fresh seafood.

Traveling solo, I really appreciated the safety and comfort this hotel offered. My room was compact but had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a peaceful place to unwind, and I often had it almost to myself. Breakfast was always fresh, and the coffee was excellent. The private beach was just a short walk away, perfect for morning strolls.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was elegant and comfortable, with air-conditioning and a terrace that had a stunning view of the pool. Having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and stovetop was a nice touch for longer stays. We loved the variety of breakfast options, especially the Italian cappuccinos and pastries. Complimentary parking was convenient since we rented a car.

We stayed here for a week and didn’t want to leave. The room was spotless and had every amenity we could ask for, from air-conditioning to free toiletries. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing quick meals. Breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the continental selection. I stayed here for a solo work-and-relax trip, and it couldn’t have been better. The WiFi was strong enough for video calls, and my suite’s kitchenette made it easy to cook between work sessions.
