A terrific little apartment, one we would definitely seek out for a future stay!! The flat is centred on a wonderful and spacious open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, with a full dining table, comfortable sofa etc. The kitchen was well supplied with all the basics. The owner should be commended for the clever use of space in this top floor conversion to include the addition of a loft, it's been done very very well! The master bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a loft conversion, at the top of a very steep and narrow staircase, the room having restricted headroom due to it being built into the eves, and thus everything in it is built closer to the floor. The bed is low, the nightstands at the top of the bed are tasteful decorative cubes upon which two small lamps are placed either side of the bed. On the other side of the room are small decorative storage cubes which fit the angled ceiling as it comes to the floor very well. The owner should be commended for the clever use of the space, it could not be done much better, It's quirky, fun and v well done. One of the highlights is the fact the apartment is located steps from the lovely Le Portel beach, one cannot get much closer.

Easy check in procedure with clear instructions, clean apartment, parking spots just in front of the apartment (tax free overnight, after 18:00 until 9:00). Pretty close to the old city, many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It was a good catch for what we was looking for!
