Breakfast was exceptional. There was a large variety to choose from. The hotel was well situated-within walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. The hotel was on the beach which was one of our criteria. Great DJ every Wednesday and Friday evening for entertainment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The rooms were very clean with crisp white bedding. Beds were slightly on the soft side but there was a great choice of pillows to choose from for a good night’s sleep. The restaurant at the pool served delicious food with exceptional flavors. The spa has a variety of treatments. We enjoyed 60 minute massages each. The spa ladies give excellent massages. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience. We will definitely be back next year!

The room was cozy, clean and quiet. We had everything we needed for a good rest. The pool also was nice, especially for kids. I had a truly pleasant stay at your hotel, and I’d especially like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the hostess. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive and kind. The apartment is in excellent locatin,a three minutes from the beach in the center of Chaniotis. Restaurant,shops,supermarkets,bakeries,boutiques,souvenir shops are all within the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment was clean,comfortable,nice,bed linen and towels are changed regularly and Marika is super,always redy to help. Everything was perfect! The host is very nice and helps out if needed. The location is nice and quiet and it’s 5 minutes to the beach and the center. As we entered the apartment we were welcomed with a big basket of fresh fruit, bottles of water and a bottle of wine. The apartment is just like in the pictures, there is a lot of storage space and you find everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking is no problem. The whole apartment is perfectly clean. The host thought about small details that make life easier, we had an iron, hairdryer, even an umbrella for the beach was in one of the closets. The washing mashine is brand new and very helpful. The two balconys are very nice and quiet, as is the surrounding. From the bedroom balcony you can even have a peak at the sea. Thanks for everything Nikos!

The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.
