Great modern property with a great sunrise view right on a beach. It was perfect for us as we just needed a quick place by the airport after a late night arrival. Rooms are very well appointed, clean and has everything we need.

Everything! Lovely apartment, exceptionally clean, staff is brilliant (especially Elena who is very professional, kind and accommodative), location…could not have been a better choice for our vacation!

Near the airport and the hosts were fantastic. Very helpful when we had not turned on the water heater correctly.

The house is located right across from the beach. Sea view / Sea front location. Very clean and modern home. A very safe location. 3 minutes drive to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended .

Stayed overnight on my 3-person party’s way to the airport for one member, for an early flight the next day. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled so we stayed until checkout time and made other plans until the next flight in several days. Very clean, the apartment appears recently renovated. Modern furniture and lighting. AC available in all areas except bathroom (which is appropriate). There is no elevators but this apartment was on the first (not ground) floor. Large balcony over the front entrance of the buildint with mesh in those doors to prevent insects getting in, seating on that balcony, awning down to protect from the heat and light. Narrower balcony out the kitchen is internal, no real need to use that one. Towels for our party of 3, as well as multiple bath mats. A few amenities in the bathroom including feminine hygiene products for an emergency. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of plugs in the bigger bedroom, lots of storage space in the bedrooms and elsewhere. Fully equipped kitchen incouding microwaved and dishwasher. Fridge in the kitchen had some coffee cream, butter, jam, and water bottles. We didn’t ask if the tap water is potable. Coffee machine is a Nespresso original, a few pods are provided and if you have favourites being your own. There is one key and the electric panel runs on the card attached to the keys. There is a small corner store downstairs with other things you might want in the moment. There are also many places for food, a few bakeries and sweets shops nearby. The beach is very close, sandy, lovely. Coffee shops and beach type shops with their main door to the parallel street abound! The lovely owner Kiriaki met us and kindly waited for us with the keys. She was very responsive ro questions prior to the booking and throughout our short stay. I do wish we had more time to stay but those were not the circumstances we had! Would definitely stay again!

The value of this property is phenomenal! We stayed here during a long layover (18 hours) and loved how close it was to the beach, restaurants & the airport. They provided everything you could think of here! Even down to laundry detergent & slippers if needed.

I loved the location to the airport. I also loved that this stay offered a washing machine. This stay was in the middle of our trip so it was really handy being able to wash our clothes. The owner is also a precious, very kind person. She continued to make sure we were doing okay and that we didn’t need anything. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. She also had things in the fridge for us to eat and drink. As well as shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, detergent… anything we possibly could’ve needed. I will be staying here in the future when I am back in Athens!

The property owner was the absolute best person we could have hoped for. Our ferry was delayed and we got to Rafina port pretty late. We struggled to find a taxi at first but the hostess was super kind and attentive in getting us to her property. Once we arrived we were promptly greeted. Super hospitable staff and the place was perfect. Everything we needed was met and they assured us they would assist us if we needed anything. We were met with a wonderful breakfast the next morning by the wonderful hostess. She also took the liberty of helping us call a taxi to the airport for this morning as well. She went above and beyond, absolutely recommend this place to those who are looking for a calm beach vibe and amazing service
