Beautiful stay! Had such a wonderful time! Lesbia was fantastic and made sure we were looked after. The room was spacious, clean and had a cute balcony looking at the water as well as a great kitchen seperate from the room - the boats to get across to the accom were super straight forward as well. Being on San Miguel, you get to have the best view of Flores at all different times of the day surrounded by beautiful plants. Staff are all lovely, especially Noa, who went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy; and the vibe is chilled, relaxed, and easy. It is on a bit of a hill so may not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

Lovely and clean, new renovations and USB plugs even. Spacious and although shared toilet, only 1 other room there. Perfect location for ferry (car and person) to and from Flores (advise this is driving rather than the road in and only costs £3 (Q30). Hosts are lovely and so helpful ensuring you are treated like a local. Rooms are spacious and airy and the fan is sufficient to keep you cool as minimal windows.

The location right on the lake is breathtaking! The patio right on the water with the hammocks is the perfect place to relax and dip in the lake. The host was always so available for anything and went above and beyond to make our stay special!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace had a nice view over Flores. And the restaurant and bakery that are part of the hotel are also great

A lot of facilities including a washer and dryer which was incredibly helpful. Spacious place with a huge terrace. There were also thoughtful things like sunscreen, aloe vera skincare, insect repellent in the common area for those who needed it. The first room we had was spacious with its own attached bathroom. We decided to stay another night but could not get the same room but the staff members were very helpful to move everything to the new room (we were out in tikal!). Communication was good.

Everything about this place is just so pleasant and nice - the staff, the vibe, the coffee, the common areas, the location. We’ve been travelling for a few weeks now and stayed in some really good places. But none of them have had everything on point - which this place have. Like not to an excessive degree. It’s just, for the amount of money you pay, it’s just worth as high a score as there is. And to give two examples of how forthcoming this place is: 1) we stayed an extra night at our previous location due to a storm, missing a night here - no need to pay for that; 2) we took the sunrise tour to Tikal, was able to still get the free breakfast when we came back AND could use all the facilities until our bus left in the evening. We were literally surprised several times of how much this place exceeded expectations.
