The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They picked us up at the ferry terminal when we came and dropped us off when we left. The breakfast was delicuous and the rooms perfect for our family, spacious and comfy beds. The bathroom had both a shower and a tub which our kids appreciated. The pool and pool area was great, it's so pretty and just like a silent hidden getaway in the middle of the busy streets of Penida. It was easy to find good food, fruit etc close by. We'd love to stay there again!
