This place is great, really great! But you should know that you and your belongings will be dropped off in front for a little store and from there you (and your luggage) will be scootered in. After that you will have to walk 10-15 minutes every time you come and go. Having said that, the walk is beautiful…rice paddies, other villas, friendly locals, little shops and restaurants. This is not directly in UBUD. It’s better… it’s in a super cool little community called Penestanan. Close to Ubud.

Fantastic Villa with total privacy and a perfect view of the garden, ocean, and surfers out on the waves. Delicious and complete breakfast, eggs Benedict on the regular menu! The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

Great location. Open, spacious. Large and lovely pool. Great gym. Close to a small local market and Mall. The Staff was outstanding. Very friendly and prompt and helpful. Thanks to Adi, we got a room with a fantastic view. I must compliment Gus Adi for the efforts he made to get us a room of our choice. He is rightly designated as a Guest Ambassador. His guest handling skills are superb.

The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean, featuring four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The pool was fantastic, and the surrounding area was beautifully arranged with plenty of seating options. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, doing everything possible to make our stay pleasant. At check-in, they greeted us warmly with smiles and flowers. They also provided airport pickup, adding a personal touch to our arrival.
