Great property and very welcoming staff. They cooked authentic Kerala dishes which tasted amazingg!! Prince and Surender were very helpful and helped us out with the places to visit also. Overall, a great experience! Would love to go again😊

Beautiful view of the beach, on the second floor. Room was clean, and they provided towels, and soap. Before I arrived they were so helpful with arranging a taxi to come get me from the airport even though my flight was quite late they accommodated me. They also provided masala chai and an omelette for breakfast. I am here for a an Ayurvedic course and I thought my residency was ready, so I checked out, only to find out it wasn’t and they were more than happy to provide me a second room this time on the main floor, still very nice, and clean, with a porch instead of a balcony.

Excellent small hotel right on the beach with both a/c and non a/c rooms. Rooms are spacious with balconies and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The manager Rahul speaks good English and is happy to help with anything

    Our room 109 was so spacious and we loved the private balcony. We extended our stay to 8 nights because it was so perfect. We could watch the waves crashing on the beach from our bed! The beach was pristine and just a few footsteps from the beach house. It was nearly empty during the week, but the weekend visitors made it a lot of fun. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Having coffee brought to our room every morning was such a treat!!

    The property is at a very good location and the view of ocean is unmatched. The rooms are very tastefully done. Really liked the overall color theme of the property. Staff is very helpful (especially the two North Indian Ladies from Agra who you will find in the Harbour Restaurant. They were very helpful and went out the way to share information about nearby places. The staff is very well groomed. I don't think there is any other property which can match the view, location, and comfort of State Beach Resort.
