Location right next to the beach. The breakfast was a excellent a good mix of continental & Indian. Really loved the masala tea and Indian traditional breakfast. The rooms were super comfy. this is a very well maintained boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful. The location was near the beach shack restaurants, bars and far enough from the noise of Baga beach which is a 5 mins ride. This is indeed a lovely hotel.

Main recently Goa gaya tha aur ek hotel mein stay kiya jo beach ke bilkul paas tha. Location ekdum perfect thi – sirf 2-3 minute walk aur aap beach par! Subah ka sunrise aur shaam ka sunset dono beach se enjoy karne ka alag hi maza tha. Hotel ka staff bahut friendly aur helpful tha. Room clean aur comfortable the, aur AC bhi perfectly kaam kar raha tha (Goa ki garmi mein zaroori hai!). Wi-Fi bhi theek tha, though kabhi kabhi thoda slow ho jata tha. Room was clean, as on the photo. Hotel is super convenient and located not so far from the beach. Silent and cozy. And the restaurant is super nice, I like the food there and the service. The stuff is super attentive. Totally recommend.

The Cottages are very very nice and comfortable and I used the Pool very often, also the Restaurant next to the Cottages "Pine Tree Shack" is very good with wonderful people there and great dishes and the view of the sea!
