1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner, if you do not want to go somewhere. 5. Great location near all key places, shops and restaurants.

Very very nice hotel! Very well maintained hotel, clean and comfortable. I felt as in a nice 4 stars hotel. The view was spectacular and the location perfect. Everything was exceptional. A lot of different breakfast options including fresh juice, many different cakes, fruits, vegetables, tasty coffee. Location near the lake with private inside and outside pools. At the bar I even got a tasty caffee shakareto with milk. Beautiful hotel garden with many flowers.
