Staff were absolutely incredible at reception & in the resturant. Pool area lovely & well maintained. Restaurant was lovely, 1st floor with views of the sea and both outdoor & indoor seating. Breakfast was also incredible, huge choice. But the big big plus was the lovely, welcoming, kind & friendly staff. Well done!

This was our second visit - a perfect pre-cruise hotel stay! Hotel transfers to/from the airport and port are great! Rooms, pool area and breakfast was lovely. Great start to our holiday! We will be back!

Room was very large and comfortable with nice artistic and homely touches. Bathroom was a little small and awkward but attractive. Surrounding old town was worth walking to the accomodation and would have liked to stay longer to appreciate the history but we had only booked one night in this town to be near the start of our cruise in the Port one station away on the next day.

The owners are there with heart and support their guests by all means. We had to stay there because of a tire damage. The next morning Roberto stood by our side and drove us to the towing site. On site, he helped us communicate and protected us from not being pulled over the table. He also researched where our car would be taken, as this was also not communicated quite correctly. Afterwards, he even drove us to Citavecchia to get a rental car with us. These people have their hearts absolutely in the right place.

The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

Excellent location (5 min walk from the train station) and an amazing view of the ocean. Lovely staff members (specially Mattia). Very clean and spacious room (our room even had a washing machine which was a pleasant surprise!). Very good breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Civitavecchia!

It all started with Loris guiding us to select and use a transport company they recommend. This saved us a couple of hours and headaches others experienced not using it. The driver coordinated with them and Loris was kind enough to meet us and take our bags up to the room. Our entrance to the place was overwhelming. We felt like we were going into one of our closest family members' homes. It was so warm and welcoming. This is a gem of a place and the rooms are very private and comfortable. The baking and service are beyond anything you get in all 5-star hotels. Well done to Loris and Mama and your friendliness was amazing. My wife loved the smell of the shower gel and the towels all smelled so good. We will only ever stay here.
