It was a perfect night ! After a trip form phom penh, we arrived at the bus station of SihanoukVille and Charly was here to take care of us . He took the time to help us book or next trips and did everything to make sure that we had the best night possible in this beautiful hotel which is really nice and quiet ! This hotel exudes character and history. The atmosphere and overall experience was excellent and although the hotel had a few minor repairs needed such as tiles missing on the infinity pool, but this did not detract from our .experience. The New Year buffet on the beach was amazing and the best we've ever attended. Room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the bay. The staff including the general manager worked so hard to ensure everyone has had a special night and throughout our stay he service was first class.

Everything! The Room was beautiful and aesthetic, the bed was like a huge cloud, the towels were big and soft. Complimentary drinks, fruits and sport offers. Massage at Bamboo Spa was amazing. Food and Drinks also very high quality standard. Best for last: everyone from staff was friendly and welcoming. The good mood smiles at you. Will come back for sure.

The property was beautiful. I was given a free upgrade to a beautiful sea view room. The en-suite was spotless, with free toiletries and toilet paper. The bed was comfortable and robes and slippers were provided too. Amazing value for money. I was sick at the time so the kindness of the owners who greeted me at reception was the perfect way to end a hard day of travel.

The staff were so kind and helpful (and fluent in English) - especially when we had to leave early for a family emergency. We asked the hotel to make bookings for e.g. chartering a boat for snorkelling, and providing a picnic and taxi transfers, and the cost was not significantly higher than arranging direct - but so much easier. And the breakfasts were amazing! And the beach, so close and so beautiful, and safe!

Location was great, cross the street from the beach. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful.
