Beautiful hotel at the beach on a calm local island. Staff are incredible nice and there is variety of tours available, so there is no chance to get bored. Snorkeling with mantas, turtles, fishing...you can do anything. SUP rental was available too and it was great to paddle around. Akeyz is very attentive and ready to help. There is a roof top restaurant and they also serve delicious coffee. Thank you for beautiful memories :-)

The Resort: Thoughtfully designed with just 30 villas, the property balances exclusivity and comfort. It offers five outstanding restaurants, a stylish bar, a well-equipped gym, a serene spa, and a sea activities center—ensuring that every guest finds their own perfect way to unwind. Our Villa: We chose an overwater villa, and it exceeded all expectations. With a private pool and direct sea access, it provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquillity. Staff & Service: The essence of true hospitality is mastered here. The team anticipated our needs before we even realized them, creating a seamless, highly personalized experience. Their warmth and attention to detail set a new benchmark for excellence. Dining: A standing ovation to the executive chef, sous-chefs, and the entire culinary team. The food was fresh, inventive, and packed with flavour. Lovely twin suites shared with son and partner. Superb food and the staff were exceptional throughout our trip. Also superb value for money.

we really enjoyed our time at Ayira!! It was good to have a true Maldivian experience with a very nice family!! They have lovely large comfortable rooms which are spotlessly clean!! They went out of their way to help us and made us feel at home! No hesitation in recommending this place

We were a family with 2 small kids and a honeymoon couple. Accommodation was nice. AC was working well. It was very clean inside. The hosts were very nice with us explaining everything clearly, being very friendly as well. We got a Kayak from the host so we could go a bit along the island. Our son was very happy about it. Beach is 5 minutes away walking distance where there are sunbeds and umbrellas from Sevinex Inn for free. Scenery is beautiful, nice corals and fish while for snorkeling. Transfer for the luggage was included from the little harbour to the accommodation and back. We got breakfast included at a restaurant 3 minutes walking distance away. First option was continental and the other three options were maldivian. Staff very nice there being always considerate with our kids.

All the staff are really kind and helpful. The food there is a delight, worth to try their dinner also, they made delicious maldivian food. The room is nice and cozy, always clean. Everything is close in this island. If you like nightlife this Ferdhoo is not a place for you, but if you like nature, nice beaches, friendly people, than the only problem is that you have to go home one day.

I like the location in the center..near to the rooms and also to the see

The resort was just the right size; neither too big or small. They seem to cater for couples rather than families which meant there were less people at the resort allowing the staff to be more attentive. Everyone was super friendly and the service was 5 star along with the food. We know of a few couples who visited Meeru island for their honeymoon and we did a lot of research and comparisons with Meeru but chose diamonds Thudufushi, and we have absolutely no regrets. Highly recommend this resort for couples.

Razeen, the manager and his team (including the owner of the Shifa Lodge) always fulfilled our wishes, whether earlier breakfast due to our divings or organizing boat excursions. The boat transfers from and to Male were perfectly arranged. Razeen's family owns a few guesthouses on the island and the boat for excursions and transfer is also in the family's property. The dinner buffet at nearby Castaway guesthouse was very rich, as well as the breakfast at Shifa Lodge. If you favor a stay on an island with locals and you do not need the luxury of a resort, you are right here. Everything on the island is in walking distance. If you are diver, we recommend Noohiri dive center (Nitrox only, we made the certificate with them). The island provides good snorkeling areas at the east side, you can encounter guitar sharks patroling in shallow water. We will come again.

If you want to relax and enjoy a quiet place, this is the place to stay. Your privacy is respected by everyone at Asaa and the community as well. The place is very clean and the staff exceptionally helpful they will bent over backwards to assist you with whatever you need.
