I informed the hotel in advance that one of my companions would be celebrating his birthday, and they surprised us with a charming little birthday greeting arranged on the bed—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering a balance of relaxation and entertainment. Everything we needed, from excursions to transfers, was easily arranged by the attentive lobby staff. The food was also fantastic. Special thanks to our personal waiter, Hassan Najim, who made our beachside dinner truly memorable with his kindness and exceptional service. We would absolutely love to return soon!
