Beach Hotels in Rasdu

I loved the atmosphere, the attention to details in and outside the rooms and with guests too. Food (breakfast and dinner) is delicious and healthy. Good position, 3 minutes walking from the bikini beach. Staff is fantastic, they pick you up and take care of you luggage, they organize the excursions for you giving you water, food and umbrella for the sun. Rooms have a/c with dry function and ceiling fans. We really felt cuddled. Thank you Noor for your kindness!

Food was very variated with high quality and a lot of options. Room amazing with jacuzzi with direct view to the see. The staff very friendly and helpful, they compensated a delay to go to the island with a sunset boat trip and late check out including lunch. Great experience in a great island resort.

I like this place. Also the owner Mujah is very nice and take care a lot for us. I recommend this place for long staying also. Everything is perfect!

It's difficult to exaggerate what an absolutely amazing island this is. Our family had never been to the Maldives before and we weren't really sure what to expect, and it was better in every single way. The island is big enough to discover new things every day, even though the resort was full you could still find empty little beaches and quiet places to sit. At 2km long, you could walk the entire length and back through the forest as an afternoon stroll, the trees and plants are breathtaking. The beaches are pure white sand, the waters clear, and you can snorkel with turtles and sharks 10m from the shore. We booked 2 beach villas for our family and were so happy with our choice - even though the water villas (on stilts over the sea) are the famous pictures you see from the Maldives, we actually loved being surrounded by trees and greenery and the best beach on the island for sunbathing and swimming was 50m away. The villas were spacious, well-equipped and really comfortable. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, showering under lush forest and watching the fruit bats flying overhead was surreal! Also a veranda at the front with sunbeds was nice, so you didn't have to be at the beach if you didn't want to. As a family with 2 teenagers, there was always plenty to do and the island is of course safe enough that we could each do our own thing when we wanted and meet up afterwards! We used the dive centre (Rasdhoo Divers - amazing dive sites and VERY friendly and helpful staff, well organised and great equipment), did excursions, visited most of the bars and pool areas, enjoyed the DJ at the beach bar in the evening, used the gym, and there are watersports and tennis etc too. The a la carte restaurants are apparently exceptional, but we were really happy with our buffet restaurant, Haruge. There was always a huge variety of dishes at all 3 meals, all of a very high quality.

This is a simple place for unpretentious travelers. There is everything you need: fan, ac, bath accessories, everything is clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful, brought us an extra bed to sleep comfortably. He put water on every day. The Maldivian breakfast was delicious. You can order a snorkeling tour or a trip to the sent bank from the owner. You can also order lunch and dinner at the guesthouse.

Simple, but very nice guesthouse with amazing and helpful owner. The room and territory is clean, shower and condition work well. Nice breakfast with a plate of fruits. A lot of towels in the room. Cosy sofas and tables near each room. The owner may change currency, arrange activities by good price. Very quiet and nice place.

Let’s start with the welcoming - you will be picked up at the ferry and will not have to carry lugage through the sand streets which is quite comfortable. Although it is a bit further from the bikini beach than some other places, it is very close to the local beach, a great restaurant and local shops. However, it is not about the accomodation, but about the people there. Amir will help you with everything and anytime. Mohammed would explain you everything about coconuts and even open one for you! We talked with these guys and understood a bit the Maldivian culture and living. And the room? AC works like a charm, bathroom is nice and clean, you will get beach towels, water is available for free and overall the vibe of the place is very cool! We would definitely come back one day if we can make it.
