The Staff were polite & friendly and very helpful. Location was ideal, right on the beach, and close to Batu Ferringhi, if you wanted to leave the hotel. Also Penang Island and George Town were close by . The rooms were brilliant. We had balcony with a pool/beach/sunset view. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything you could ask for. Met low tide both at sunset and morning so had a nice relaxing walk on the quiet beach. Great cafe with nice food and amazing view, though note that you’ll have to share the space with non-guests. If you have own transport its close to Batu Feringghi area while being away from crowds. Staff are lovely.
