Beautiful location. Always great waking up to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the rocks. the large swimming pool overlooking the sea is magical. the panoramic room is an amazing experience. great restaurant nearby. One thing I did learn is that you should definitely rent a car but everything is at 5minutes driving from the condo. Supermarkets, restaurants, beaches

Excellent location, especially if you love to watch planes landing and taking off, it’s quite extraordinary but my wife loved it, Reception were great, especially Donette, who helped us as our luggage had been left in Paris by Air France. We had a double room, very spacious, nice balcony with views across the bay, good cooking facilities and great air conditioning ( which was needed)also very clean Great pool with access to a private beech and the Tortue restaurant which serves great food with stunning views We were a little disappointed with the local choice of foods, which were quite expensive, 5 usd for a portion of chips And was very Americanised which was a shame. A nice place for a weeks relaxing stay

The food was really amazing, so great I gained 10lbs ! Do not come here if you don’t want to eatttt! The rooms are cleaned all day, I don’t even know if I had the opportunity to use a towel twice. Fridge remained stocked and the staff were so sweeeet and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be returning! The food is amazzzinggggg, amazinggggg. Very convenient location! Excursions to St Barths and Anguilla sell out quickly, so try to book them prior to your arrival. Overall, would recommend and have already started recommending!

Mary Boon's is conveniently located near the Sint Maarten airport. The rooms open up onto the beach where one can enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine during the warm sunny days of beautifully cool nights - with a drink from the resort's bar. My room was clean and comfortable with a fan as well as AC. I could also open the windows (without the AC, of course) to let in the ocean breeze and hear the surf at night. A small grocery store a short walk away sells beer, milk, tea etc. The resort has a restaurant and several other restaurants and stores are a short walk in town.

    Host greeted us with a welcome drink. Showed us around the apartment and was available if we had questions or needed anything. Location was great. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything you need to make the place your home away from home. Also had beach gear for you to use.

    The suite rooms are very clean and well maintained. The ocean view is very scenic. Window curtains are very well designed to block any light during night. Suite manager is very nice and hospitable. Very easy walk to the beach, shopping and dining area. The gym has great facilities. They even provide beach chairs and umbrella, which is very considerate.

    Rooms exactly as in picture.excellent views from the room Bed supper comfy. Unit provided all your housing needs. Safe and extremely secure. I travelled alone and felt safe. Daily cleaner. 5 min walk to beach. Pool and restaurant on site.

    Emmanuel did everything to make sure we had a great trip. Was extremely accommodating and apologetic if an issue arose. Will likely be planning another trip. 1 br suite on floor 8. The view was absolutely amazing! And walking distance to the beach. They do provide golf cart transportation to the beach if requested.

    The property is beautifully decorated and has fabulous views of the sea. Its a couple of minutes walk to the beach and to a grocery store but is also a quiet location at night. We were warmly welcomed by the owners.
