Everything, everyone from A to Z met our family's expectations. We used to stay in rented flat for last 8 years and since costs of separate boookings did not meet our budget anymore, we decided to give a try for an all-inclusive hotel and Mirada met and exceed beyond our expectations. Everything starting from welcoming us to the food and leisure was up to bar. Definitely will be coming again, single or with group - does not matter. PS. Daily shows and etc. need an improvement imho.

From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. The Villa was absolutely exceptional, the amenities within the house are superb. Another great feature was the underfloor heating, especially when it’s cold outside and you have a warm villa to come back to. The rooms were all very well maintained and had great views of the coast from the balcony. The living space and the kitchen area was well maintained and had a touch of class!
