We had an amazing 5-night stay at Z-Villas Beach Hotel! The service was exceptional and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The villa was very clean. The private pool was a highlight. Good size clean room. Great shower, tea and coffee facilities. Bottle of water left every day. Songul and staff were lovely. Quiet end of the village and takes only 15 mins easy walk to centre. During our recent stay at Lale otel, we were impressed by the attentive service provided by the manager. When the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned late at night, the manager promptly arranged for a technician to fix it, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, he personally ensured that a minor issue with the shower drain was promptly addressed. The pride the manager takes in maintaining the hotel was evident in every aspect of our experience. The cleaning staff exhibited remarkable attention to detail, ensuring that the rooms were impeccably clean throughout our stay. While the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was commendable, there were occasional minor misunderstandings due to cultural differences. However, these were quickly resolved, and did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, our stay at Lale otel was delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the manager and staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel. THE VIEW is incredible. We got the all inclusive package and had plenty of beers, tea, coffee and juice as well as enjoyed the foods from the buffet. The all inclusive includes all local drinks (beer, wine, vodka, raki, gin, tea, coffee, juice). The food was very tasty. Not a massive selection but sufficient to always have a good meal anyway. The private beach and loungers with umbrellas were also really great. We took our own beach towels with us.
