Well located (4 minute walk from the bus station) so easy to get to and from the bus station and also very close to the historic downtown (5 minute walk). The workers were very friendly (let me borrow an adapter for charging my phone, always smiling, very pleasant). The highlight was the breakfast which was quite excellent. I did not use the pool. There was a large parking lot which could accomodate at least 10 cars. The rooms are good for 2 people. We squeezed 3 adults which was do-able but probably not for more than 1 or 2 days. 3 or even 4 people would be probably ok with 2 adults.

The property is on arguably the best spot of angra dos reis and we enjoyed a good and comfortable stay. The house lays directly to the bay, so we could swim and kayak while at the property. Marco was a great host and offered great facilities for our stay. We would like to come back when possible.

The kitchen is full of everything you might need, the yard has a hammock and lifting weights for a workout. It also has plenty of tables, chairs and outlets to work on your laptop. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is great, and the AC works well. And my taxi driver told me this was the best neighborhood in Paraty. It felt extremely calm and safe to walk there and it was only a short walk from the center. The owner is a great guy, very nice and very helpful. And not to underestimate - the WiFi works great! If you work online, this is your place.
