Moored on the Vltava River, Botel Racek is only a 10-minute tram ride from the centre of Prague. It offers paid private parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
Botel Racek was completely renovated and reopened in 2022.
Quiet comfortable room. Smallish, but that was to be expected for a riverboat cabin.
Great breakfast options
Nice restaurant.
Watching the rowing teams and pleasure kayakers right outside the window was nice.
Not the greatest view of somewhat unsightly buildings on opposite shore.

Beautiful old building in the perfect location with nice bars and restaurants nearby. Gives the opportunity to go out early or late, avoid the tourists and have some of the landmarks to yourself...almost. A lovely, friendly greeting and would stay there again.

Perfect location for us, lovely place to stay and huge selection for breakfast. My daughter prefers sweet breakfast and she enjoyed pastry selection I enjoyed savoury options, very nice.

A very cozy place, right next to the beach. You can see the ocean even when being in bed! It is clean and comfortable and there is even a cooling system. The price for it is unbeatable. And the service is really nice! A real 10/10! (I saw older recommendations that it is dirty or something, but now the place is clean)

This is a charming hotel! It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was large and well-equipped with strong WiFi. Perhaps what was most appreciated was the breakfast which was very good. Perhaps a bit silly to mention but in the dining room where breakfast was being served the hotel hd selected a good range of 1950s-70s easy listening songs and I really think it enhanced the breakfast. The mood was relaxed (unlike some other hotels when it can feel quite chaotic) and I felt like I was having breakfast in a lounge by the seaside.
