I stayed in the dorm and it is one of the best dorms I've ever stayed in. Maintains privacy, is air conditioned and cleaned daily. Facilities are clean and convenient. The food was fantastic and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They remembered my name and asked me how I was every day, really lovely atmosphere. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. And then the views are just stunning. Goes directly onto the beach - snorkel gear, kayaks, life jackets all available to rent for free. Can't say enough good things about the place it was perfection.

Situated alongside a private beach, this boutique resort offers Fijian and contemporary architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens with water features. Guests have free use of kayaks, snorkelling equipment and stand-up paddle boards. Breakfast was superb. Staff was very friendly, caring; looked after us as you would do for dear family; true to the welcoming words on our arrival - welcome to our family! Idillic island life! Peaceful!! Lots of time and space to relax!! Snorkelling on the garden reef was out of this world!! I would imagine that is what the Garden of Eden must have looked like; breathtaking. We booked dinner at Lako Mai Restaurant; quiet, experienced beautiful sunset while listening to the sea rolling backwards and forwards, music to one’s ears, no man made music needed at all!! Thank you we enjoyed a piece of paradise at the Tropica!

The restaurant has a sand floor and open-air dining areas boasting stunning beach views. It offers meals using local produce and fresh seafood. There is a breakfast buffet featuring a ‘build your own omelette’ station. First of all, all the staff are amazing. Fiji is a beautifull place. But what make this trip even better it was the people. Every single one. If i have a desire to comeback to this place its because of the people. They are genuine and good. I will comeback for sure. About the place is good, the food its very nice and the front beach villa its very very good.
