Everything provided and very comfortable. The local town is lovely and I ate out there on the evening. I loved my stay here! Highly recommended.

This apartment was so convenient for getting into Old Town Annecy, and the free, safe parking was such a bonus. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Having both a washer and a dryer was so helpful. Also, the host was very attentive and responsive. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The hotel was not too big, so it's very quiet and they have a beautiful garden and terrace facing the lake and mountains. The rooms are quite big with all the equipment one needs. We tried their restaurant and the food was delicious.

The wellness area includes an indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, hot tub, and massage treatments. We loved absolutely everything about our stay here as a family of four. I have never experienced such good service across the board, from the shuttle drivers, the front reception, the ski shop or the restaurant staff. Absolutely everyone was warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was excellent - we were half board. We had 2 dinners out during the week at L’Arbina and Les Terrasses and whilst the food was good, service there no where near the same standard at Voulezvous and the restaurant Il Savoia which we simply loved. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice. The staff at the ski shop were amazing. So good with the kids and so helpful when getting ready to hit the slopes or returning back. I highly recommend a stay here.

It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.
