There was no lack of food for eating breakfast. The view of the loch was a nice thing to see in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after a day's travels. The host also make sure we had dinner reservations ahead of time, which is a must on Islay.

It was nice and quiet for a chilled weekend. The host was so sweet and helpful. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience or place to stay.

The building and the surrounding was like a fairytale, with the trees and a pond - it was like a movie. The breakfast area was absolutely stunning, and we have never tasted a better omelet - absolutely amazing. We did unfortunately not have the time to take the tour around the house with the owner, but we will certainly be back for another stay.
