I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

Beautifully designed hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in nearby mall was a bonus. Nice restaurant (Kizuna) and cafe down the road. We stopped off here briefly on route to other parts of Crete, arriving late and leaving the next morning so didn't spend a lot of time exploring Heraklion or the local area.

Everything was great, delicious breakfast, perfect location in Koum Kapi, just a couple of minutes to walk to the nearby beach that is very clean and not crowded. The room was big and cozy, and the view we had from the balcony was spectacular!

The place was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing! The place is a few minute walk to the old town which was perfect. It is also few minutes walk to the main bus station. The place exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel and we would come back to it.
